The Maccabiah or Maccabiah Games are international sports competitions held in Israel every four years, following the model of the Olympic Games. The Games are organized by the Maccabi World Union.

In 2009 we were tasked with creating costumes for the opening ceremony of the XVIII Maccabiah Games in Israel. At that time, our atelier was located and successfully operating in Tel Aviv.

For the opening ceremony of the Maccabiah Games we were commissioned to create over 2000 costumes for artists, dancers, and athletes participating in the ceremony. We created incredible costumes of various complexity: elegant costumes for artists and singers, intricate technical moving structures, transformer costumes, historical costumes, jumpsuits for aerial gymnasts and acrobats, cycling suits, various props for show programs.
